Customer Service Policy: Please contact us at 04 9806 6758 to make appointment for face-to-face measurement and quotation. Any customization request (such as color, layers, fabric choice) can be done on the day of measurement, or contact us for further discussion. Please let us know if there is any structural challenge in your location, such as double brick wall or metal plate in the wall. If you're happy with the quotation, invoice will be sent to you. The invoice is valid for 14 days. If you have any change of mind or question, feel free to contact us to discuss. Upon confirmation of quotation, we accept 50% of deposit for order proceedings. The remaining of the fee shall be paid in full upon the completion of the job. Once deposit is made, we will start to manufacture your order items. We will contact you to discuss the date for installation. Please inform us 1 day before any change to the appointment. Otherwise, booking fee may not be refunded. Customer Complaint Policy: Most of the case, the items are made to customized size so we do not refund the 50% deposit that are used for the materials. If a certain requirement was not clearly communicated by customer before the invoice and deposit, it is also up to the customer to pay for the extra modification. If the requirement was communicated with us but it is not delivered as agreed on the day of installation, we provide the option to refund or remake of the item.
